This is an all natural testosterone booster that has been claimed to promote:

In this review, we look closer at Promanix Elite to see how effective it really is.

This is what you need to know:


How are the servings?

Not the best.

With only 1 serving a day, your body isn’t going to get the constant supply of nutrients it needs to boost testosterone throughout the day.

Instead, all you get is a temporary boost that will wear off after an hour or two.

For the best results you need a regular top up of the nutrients you need.

Ideally that works out around 3 – 4 a day, one every few hours. This will keep you in that prime T-boosting state for the best results.

It’s a shame how they’ve dosed it here.

What about the ingredients in Promanix Elite?

Not that great.

As you can see – a lot of this product is a proprietary blend. You don’t know how much of each ingredient you’re getting or whether it’s been effectively dosed.

Not only that, many of the ingredients used are ineffective for testosterone.

Tongkat Ali

A poor testosterone booster.

We’re off to a poor start with Tongkat Ali, also known as LongJack.

This herb was thought to help raise testosterone levels, but studies have shown that it has little to no effect on T levels.

However, it may have a minor effect on libido.

Maca

Another poor choice.

Maca follows a similar path to LongJack, thought to raise testosterone – but in the end all it seems to do is mildly effect libido.

L-Arginine

Sadly this isn’t great either.

Although L-Arginine can help promote nitric oxide – a vasodilator which helps open blood vessels and improves muscle pumps – it isn’t absorbed properly with oral supplementation.

You will notice little to no effect using it.

Ginseng

A libido enhancer with some T-booster effects.

The only problem here is not every strain of ginseng promotes testosterone – only red asian panax ginseng.

As this is a mix of ginsengs you don’t know how much of the effective ginseng you’re actually getting.

Pumpkin Seed

Full of zinc, and will help boost testosterone.

Pumpkin seeds are rich in zinc and this can really help your T-levels. Zinc is used in numerous reactions in the brain to create the Luteinzing Hormone (LH).

Why is this important?

Because LH is the precursor to both testosterone and growth hormone. It’s a really good addition to have your side.

Muira Puama

More of a brain booster.

Muira Puama has been thought to help improve overall cognitive health – which may help with focus.

However studies have shown that the effects are unreliable.

It may do little to help your mindset.

Oat Straw

Used for Avena Sativa – a component found in oat.

This nutrient was thought to help testosterone – however studies have shown there is very little evidence for it having any real effect.

Nettle

A good choice for free testosterone.

Nettle contains beta sitosterol – which has an impact on your body’s Sex Hormone Binding Globulin (SHBG).

SHBG is a protein that binds to your circulation testosterone, and strips it of any anabolic potency (what makes it work) rendering it useless.

Nettle inhibits the protein making it less active and increasing your overall available T.

Cayenne Pepper

Not a testosterone booster but may help to a degree with fat loss.

As a thermogenic, cayenne pepper raises your body’s overall core temperature.

This initiates a cool down process which burns extra calories and promotes fat loss.

Tribulus Terrestris

A bad choice.

Tribulus is one of the most overrated testosterone boosters on the market.

Although aggressively marketed as a T-booster, the evidence behind Tribulus is lacking and has little benefit on testosterone levels.

Like LongJack however, it may have a mild effect on libido.

Oyster

A good all-rounder for male health.

Containing plenty of zinc, vitamins and minerals, oyster extract is a good libido enhancer and contains various nutrients which can help improve testosterone levels.

Orchic Extract

Extracted from bovine testes.

Although it’s a very marketable nutrient due to where it’s extracted from, it has no recorded impact on testosterone levels.

This is more of a gimmick than it is beneficial.

Boron

A good mineral for testosterone.

Boron has been seen in several studies to help raise testosterone and also lower estrogen levels.

On the whole, this isn’t the best nutrient profile for a testosterone booster.

Just look at the ingredients; proprietary blends.

You don’t know how much you’re getting of most of these ingredients – or if they’ve been effectively dosed.
