Review Overview – What does AlphaFX do?
Made by a company of the same name, AlphaFX is an all natural testosterone booster claimed to promote:
- Testosterone
- Libido
- Energy
- Strength
But how well does it really work?
In this review, we look closer at AlphaFX and see how effective it actually is.
This is what you need to know:
How are the servings?
Poor.
With only one serving a day. The testosterone boosting process will be slow.
Your body can only absorb so much at a time.
For the best results you need to give your body a slow drip of the nutrients it needs.
This will keep your T levels constantly topped up and on the rise.
What about the ingredients in AlphaFX?
Not that great.
Don’t get us wrong, the Magnesium and the Zinc is this product are great – but a lot of the other ingredients in this product are hugely ineffective.
There are a lot of outdated choices that really bring this product down.
Take a look:
Magnesium
A good nutrient for free testosterone.
Known for its effects on Sex Hormone Binding Globulin (SHBG). This is a protein that binds to testosterone and strips it of any anabolic potency – making it useless.
Magnesium inhibits SHBG and makes it inactive, reducing its overall effect on testosterone.
Zinc
A better mineral for testosterone production.
Zinc is used for several reactions in the brain to help promote the luteinzing hormone (LH) – the precursor to both growth hormone and testosterone.
With more LH in your system, the more fuel your testosterone has to rise.
Tribulus
A poor choice.
Tribulus is aggressively marketed as a testosterone booster in the supplement market – but does it really work?
Studies have shown that it has some effect in animal studies, but the results have never scaled up to humans.
It has no effect on testosterone levels – but may make some mild difference on libido.
Chrysin
A poorer testosterone booster.
Chrysin has only worked in one study -when it was injected directly into the testes of a subject.
In terms of regular oral supplementation – it has never been seen to bring in any effective results.
Horny Goat Weed
Another bad choice.
A common nutrient thought to boost testosterone – however, studies have shown that this just isn’t the case.
Research has shown that Horny Goat Weed doesn’t raise testosterone levels, and may only have a minor effect on libido.
LongJack
Similar to Tribulus.
LongJack doesn’t have an impact on testosterone levels.
Although marketed to promote T, studies have shown that LongJack doesn’t deliver on this claim.
At most it may mildly help libido.
Saw Palmetto
More of a male health nutrient.
Although it doesn’t promote testosterone levels, Saw Palmetto can help with prostate health.
It has been seen in several studies to help aid the symptoms of an enlarged prostate to a mild extent.
Hawthorne & Cissus Quadrangularis
Nothing special here.
Both of these nutrients may promote joint health, and will have no real impact on testosterone.
Ingredients Bottom Line: On the whole, this isn’t the best testosterone boosting nutrient profile on the market. So many of the nutrients used are ineffective for raising T. On top of that, it’s missing numerous core ingredients that are crucial to T production – D Aspartic Acid, Vitamin D3, Fenugreek to name just a few. It’s definitely not your best option.
Side Effects
There have been no side effects reported with the use of AlphaFX.

AlphaFX Review Conclusion
On the whole, this isn’t the best testosterone booster on the market and there are several reasons why.
From this review, here’s what you need to know about AlphaFX;
- Poor Servings – With only 1 serving a day, you give your body the constant supply of nutrients it needs to boost testosterone.
- Ineffective ingredients – Many of the nutrients used lack proper clinical backing.
- Missing core nutrients – D Aspartic Acid, Vitamin D3, Fenugreek and more, all would’ve been better in this blend.
As you can see, it’s not your best option.
