Review Overview – Lecheek Nutrition TX-3

lecheek-nutrition-tx-8-review-1From the guys at Lecheek Nutrition comes TX-3, a 3 ingredient testosterone booster that’s exclusive to Bodybuilding.com.

Which didn’t sound like good news to us.

With only 3 ingredients there’s only so much you can accomplish, which set the product up for a fall.

And fall it did.

Claiming to:

  • Boost Testosterone
  • Suppress Estrogen

We got to the bottom of how effective TX-3 really is for you, and if it’s worth the money – here are the results.

How are the servings?

Poor.

With only one serving of 6 capsules in a morning, you get a healthy dose of the nutrients – but enough to keep you going throughout the day.

Your body can only absorb so much at a time. Taking a lot of product like this in one serving is wasteful, and ineffective when it comes to making gains and boosting your testosterone levels.

What you should be looking for:

The optimum amount of servings you need for maximizing your testosterone is around 3 – 4 servings.

This keeps your testosterone levels constantly topped up with the nutrients they need to keep continuously progressing.

P.S.: There are only a few testosterone boosters that do these types of servings – the good ones.

We’ve compiled a list of the highest rated testosterone boosters on the market at the moment and how they can help you make serious gains.

You can read about them all in the link below:

What about the Ingredients?

Could be a lot better.

There some good choices in TX-3, but as the name suggests – there are only 3 ingredients.

And this isn’t enough to cover every angle of the testosterone boosting process.

This is what we thought:lecheek-nutrition-tx-3-supplement-facts

D-Aspartic Acid is a good start…

One of the key testosterone producing nutrients.

This nutrient is necessary for your body’s production of the Luteinzing Hormone (LH). This is main precursor to both testosterone and growth hormone.

It’s a great start if you’re aiming to make some muscle gains.

The Fenugreek works pretty well here too…

More of a libido enhancer, but it still has its merits as a T-Booster.

Fenugreek is known for it’s ability to regulate blood glucose levels. In doing so it lowers your body’s overall amount of Sex Hormone Binding Globulin (SHBG) which is great for testosterone.

NOTE:

SHBG binds to up to 60% of your body’s overall testosterone and strips it of it’s anabolic potency (what helps it boost muscle mass). With less of it in your system it allows you to enjoy more free circulating testosterone.

However, we’re not sure about the Indole-3-Carbinol (I3C)

A component typically found in vegetables such as broccoli and cabbages.

The main benefit of I3C from a testosterone perspective is its ability to regulate hormones.

However it can cause side effects. You can find more about that below.lecheek-nutrition-tx-3-review

Ingredients: The Bottom Line

Overall, the issue with this product is that although it contains 2 good T-Boosting ingredients, it doesn’t have much else in there, apart from the I3C which may cause side effects.

It’s missing several of the core nutrients needed to boost testosterone, and these are necessary if you want to have a serious impact on your T-Levels and pack on serious muscle mass.

Side Effects

The main thing to worry with product is the Indole-3-Carbinol which has been linked to several side effects such as:

  • Skin Rashes
  • Nausea
  • Tremors

Be aware of this before you take it.

Lecheek Nutrition TX-3 Review Conclusion

This T-Booster has some merits but on the whole it’s missing too many of the core ingredients to pass an effective testosterone support.

The D-Aspartic Acid and the Fenugreek are both good ingredients for boosting your T-levels, but on their own they’re not enough to get the job done.

Then there’s the I3C which has been seen in some cases to cause side effects, and you could be having the same problem here.

And finally the deciding factor was how this product was delivered: The servings are awful, with one a day this won’t do much for your testosterone levels.

This is by no means the best testosterone booster that we’ve come across. If you’re seeking the highest rated on the market at the moment, we suggest checking out the Top 3 Highest Rated in the box below:
