The Vitamin D3 is good, but is it enough?

Vitamin D3 is one of the best natural T-Boosting nutrients out there.

Technically a hormone, D3 is absorbed through our skin via the sun’s rays – but it’s difficult to get enough of it due to living in doors and poor weather.

This is bad because numerous studies have shown that it has a strong link to boosting testosterone – it is after all a hormone in itself.

The only thing that bothers us with this in EVLTEST is that there’s only 1000 IUs – the main studies where serious effects have taken place are at least 3000 and up.

Although the Magnesium is pretty valuable…

A mineral that helps promote free testosterone.

One of the main causes of low free testosterone is Sex Hormone Binding Globulin (SHBG), this is a protein that binds to the male hormone and takes away it’s anabolic potency (the factor that helps build muscle).

This can happen to up to 60% of your circulating testosterone.

Magnesium inhibits the protein and reduces its ability to affect T-levels, allowing you to enjoy more free circulating testosterone.

And the Zinc is good too…

This mineral is more for testosterone promotion.

Needed for important reactions in the brain, ZInc is used to help create the luteinzing hormone (LH) – this is the precursor of both testosterone and growth hormone and vital to the T-building process.

The D-Aspartic Acid packs a punch as well…

Working in a similar way to the Zinc, this amino acid is great for boosting T.

Used by your brain to create Luteinizing Hormone, D-Aspartic Acid helps with the production of testosterone.

But the Tribulus is awful…

Tribulus Terrestris is one of the worst T-Boosting nutrients in the industry.

Originally thought to enhance testosterone a few years back, recent studies confirm the herb does nothing for your T-levels.

The Fenugreek’s alright though…

More a libido booster than a T-booster, but this herb still has some benefits for testosterone.

The D3 is heavily under-dosed – and that’s the clincher. If there was more D3 this would be a far more effective overall product.

The Zinc and Magnesium are good too, and the D-Aspartic Acid definitely helps with LH.

However things like Trib are a waste of time. There is definitely room for improvement in EVLTEST.
