Review Overview – What does Red X Lab Andro do?

Made by Red X Lab, this is an all natural testosterone booster claimed to promote:

  • Strength
  • Energy
  • Reduce Estrogen

But how well does it really work?

In this review, we look closer at Andro, to see how effective it really is. This is what you need to know:

How are the servings?

Poor.

With only 1 a day, there’s not enough of a regular supply of this supplement for the most effective results.

Ideally what you need are 3 – 4 servings a day. This keeps your body constantly topped up with the nutrients it needs to raise T throughout the day.

What about the ingredients in Andro?

They could be better.

With only 6 ingredients in Andro (and not all of them effective) more could be added to Andro to make it a more effective testosterone booster.

Here’s what you need to know about the main ingredients:

Magnesium

A good mineral for free testosterone.

Magnesium has been seen in several studies to inhibit SHBG (Sex Hormone Binding Globulin) which is a great help.

SHBG is a protein that binds to testosterone and strips it of its anabolic potency (what makes it work for you).

Magnesium inhibits SHBG and reduces its overall effect – allowing your T levels to rise.

Zinc

Another good mineral.

Zinc helps with testosterone production. Used in various reactions in the brain, zinc helps to create LH – the Luteinzing Hormone.

This is the precursor to both growth hormone and testosterone – and will help to promote your overall T.

D-Aspartic Acid

Another good option.

D-Aspartic Acid works in the brain in a similar way to Zinc.

It helps to promote the lutieinzing hormone, and has been seen in various studies to promote testosterone over times.

1480mg is a good amount for it to have an effective impact.

Tribulus Terrestris

A very poor option.

Tribulus has been aggressively marketed as a testosterone booster for years – unfortunately however the studies do not back up the claims.

Research has shown that Tribulus doesn’t boost testosterone, but only mildly boosts libido.

It won’t make much difference here.

DIM

An aromatase inhibitor, found commonly in broccoli.

Essentially it’s an estrogen suppressant – but the overall effects are unreliable.

Not much as been proven in favor of DIM – further research needs to be done.

Ingredients Bottom Line:

On the whole, this nutrient profile is a little too thin to be an effective testosterone booster.

The Tribulus is a bad choice – and could easily be replaced with Fenugreek, Ginseng or Oyster Extract.

It could also be more useful with some Vitamin D3 – which is technically a hormone and core to the T-boosting experience.

Side Effects

There haven’t been any side effects documented with Red X Lab’s Andro.

All the ingredients are totally natural – and although ineffective in some cases – shouldn’t cause harm.

Is there anything better than this Testosterone Booster?

There absolutely is.

We’ve done the research, and looked far and wide for the best supplements on the market that promote:

  1. Muscle Gains
  2. Fat Loss
  3. Testosterone Levels
  4. Energy
  5. Mood
  6. Sex Drive

And it we’ve finally narrowed it down to just three.

These are the best testosterone boosters on the market, that both myself and our readers agree provide the best results. You can check them out below:

Red X Lab Andro Review Conclusion

Overall, this isn’t the best testosterone on the market.

From this review, here’s what you need to know about Andro;

  • Poor Servings – With only 1 serving a day you won’t get the regular nutrient supply needed to boost testosterone throughout the day.
  • Slim nutrient profile – Only a handful of ingredients in the T-Booster.
  • Missing Core Nutrients – Essentials like Vitamin D3 and Fenugreek have not been included in this product.

As you can see, it’s not your best option.
