But just how effective is it really?

From this review, we look closely at VitalDURE’s ingredients, servings and side effects to find out just how good it really is.

This is what you need to know:

How are the servings?

Poor.

With only 1 serving a day, this is a poor delivery system of VitalDURE.

Your body can only absorb so much at one time. Giving yourself a day’s worth of nutrients in one sitting is a sure-fire way for your body to waste the majority of the product – plus you also have to deal with the effects all wearing off a few hours after.

Ideally you need something that gives your body a constant supply of the nutrients it needs without leaving it too long between servings.

For the best results you need 3 – 4 servings per day. If the ingredients are effective, that is.

What about the ingredients in VitalDURE?

Not that great.

There’s only one good T-boosting ingredient in this product – and on top of that, the ingredients are all packaged in a proprietary blend.

This means you don’t know how much you’re getting of each ingredient, or how effective it will be overall.

There’s also a risk of side effects.

Here’s what you need to know:

vitaldure-side-effects

Don’t worry, we’ve summarized it all at the end!

Korean Red Ginseng

Linked to boosting libido, with a mild ability to boost testosterone.

Ginseng works by how it helps to regulate blood sugar and insulin in the body. Insulin has been seen to have a direct effect on testosterone levels, and can lower your overall T.

By helping to reduce the amount of insulin in your blood stream, ginseng can help to indirectly raise testosterone.

Yohimbe Bark

An appetite suppressant, but not much of a T-Booster.

Although Yohimbe has been seen to lessen hunger cravings – it can still cause problems.

Studies have shown that using this nutrient has been linked to various side effects. You can read more about that in detail, over in the next section.

Ginkgo Biloba

Thought to help improve cognition, and mental performance – but does it actually work?

This is definitely not a testosterone booster, and the studies on Ginkgo Biloba aren’t that great either. The reliability of this nutrient varies a lot – to the point that researchers are saying the effects may even be placebo.

It’s not going to do much here.

Tribulus Terrestris

A poor testosterone booster.

Tribulus has been thought to boost testosterone – however studies have shown otherwise. Although aggressively marketed as a testosterone booster, studies have shown that it does not actually boost T.

At most, all this will do is give your libido a mild rise.

Maca

Similar to tribulus.

Once though to help raise testosterone, but studies have shown otherwise. At most all you’re going to get is a mild boost in libido.

Saw Palmetto

Not a testosterone booster, but may help with overall male health.

Saw Palmetto has been seen to help reduce the symptoms of hyperplasia (enlarged prostate) – however, the effects aren’t that significant.

L-Arginine

A good amino acid, but poorly delivered.

L-Arginine has been linked to boosting nitric oxide, which improves overall blood flow. However, studies have shown that L-Arginine is not properly absorbed by your body when supplemented orally.

If you want to boost your Nitric Oxide levels you’re better off which a choice like Citrulline, which converts into L-Arginine after absorption.

Muira Purama

A poor cognitive enhancer.

Again, this is not a testosterone booster. Similar to Ginkgo Biloba, it’s incredibly unreliable – again, this could be another ‘placebo effect’ cognitive booster.

It may not have any effect.

Damiana Leaves

May boost libido – but studies are lacking.

Damania Leaf has been seen to boost libido in rats when they’re fatigued – and even then the effects are mild. There are no human studies.

Cayenne Pepper

A thermogenic fat burner – not a testosterone booster.

Cayenne Pepper has been seen to increase your body’s overall core temperature, which starts a regulation process which burns extra calories and fat.

Ingredients Bottom Line:

On the whole, this isn’t a great testosterone booster.

There’s only one good ingredient in VitalDURE – the ginseng, and that only boosts testosterone indirectly.

On top of that you’ve got to consider that all of these ingredients are in a proprietary blend – meaning you don’t know how much you’re getting of each ingredient, or how effective it’ll be overall.

Then you also have to consider the potential side effects with the yohimbe – overall it’s just not that great of an option.

Side Effects

The biggest problem here is the yohimbe.

Although it may help with appetite suppression, studies have shown that it can also cause anxiety, hypertension and gastrointestinal distress.

Is there anything better than this Testosterone Booster?

There absolutely is.

We’ve done the research, and looked far and wide for the best supplements on the market that promote:

  1. Muscle Gains
  2. Fat Loss
  3. Testosterone Levels
  4. Energy
  5. Mood
  6. Sex Drive

And it we’ve finally narrowed it down to just three.

These are the best testosterone boosters on the market, that both myself and our readers agree provide the best results. You can check them out below:

VitaDURE Review Conclusion

On the whole, this isn’t the best testosterone booster on the market and there are several reasons why.

From this review, this is what you need to know about VitaDURE:

  • Poor servings  With only one serving a day, you’re not going to absorb enough of a daily serving to get the full effects.
  • Many ineffective ingredients – There’s only 1 effective testosterone booster in here, the rest are lacking enough reliable clinical backing.
  • Potential side effects – Yohimbine has been linked to causing several side effects.
  • Proprietary blend – You don’t know how much you’re getting of each ingredient, or how effective it will be overall.

As you can see, it isn’t your best option.
