Review Overview – How does TestoLyze work?
Made by Species Nutrition, TestoLyze is an all natural testosterone booster that has been claimed to promote:
- T-Levels
- Muscle Growth
- Estrogen Reduction
But how well does it work?
In this review, we take a closer look at TestoLyze, and see how effective it really is.
This is what you need to know.
How are the servings?
They need improving.
With only 2 servings a day, you can’t ensure day long testosterone boosting.
Raising your T-levels requires constant support. Ideally you need 3 – 4 servings a day for the best results.
Leaving big gaps in between may have them sink back down to baseline levels.
It’s not a good thing.
What about the ingredients in TestoLyze?
Not great.
There are only 2 good ingredients in this T-booster, and 1 of them is under-dosed.
Too many of the nutrients used in this product are ineffective, and won’t help testosterone.
Take a look:
Tribulus
One of the worst testosterone boosters out there.
Tribulus was once thought to help boost testosterone levels, but studies have shown that this just isn’t the case.
Although marketed heavily, there’s very little that tribulus does for your testosterone levels.
The only thing it may be able to do is mildly boost libido.
D-Aspartic Acid
A good ingredient – although it’s clearly under-dosed here.
At 1000mg, the D-Aspartic Acid in TestoLyze is about 500mg what studies suggest is the minimum for optimum testosterone boosting.
It works by helping to create the Luteinzing Hormone in your body, which is the precursor to both testosterone and growth hormone.
Muira Puama
A cognitive enhancer with very little positive research.
Although claimed to be a good menta performance booster, Muira Puama has very little evidence to supports it’s effects.
It’s unreliable – and definitely doesn’t promote testosterone levels.
Saw Palmetto
Aimed more at general male health.
Saw Palmetto has been seen to mildly help reduce the effects of an enlarged prostate. It may be useful after taking prohormones, but if you’re natural, it’ll have no real effect.
Stinging Nettle
Containing Beta Sitosterol, Stinging Nettle promotes free testosterone.
By inhibiting SHBG, Sex Hormone Binding Globulin – the protein that binds to testosterone and strips it of its anabolic potency, Stinging Nettle reduces the proteins effectiveness and allows more T to flow through your system.
Maca
Similar to Tribulus – a poor choice.
Maca was thought to promote testosterone levels, but this was seen not to be the case.
Studies have shown that it does not promote testosterone, but it may help mildly boost your libido.
Indole-3-Carbinol & DIM
Both found in broccoli, and both thought to be aromatase inhibitors – estrogen reducers.
However, there is no concrete evidence to show that it actually does the job. A lot more research is needed to know for sure.
Resveratrol
Nothing special here.
Resveratrol mainly helps with blood flow, which may help the nutrients in TestoLyze move around your system.
Ginger
Helps with digestion and eases nausea. Doesn’t help boost testosterone.
Ingredients Bottom Line:
On the whole this isn’t the best ingredient profile out there.
There are 2 ingredients in here that will actually help testosterone (D-Aspartic Acid and Nettle Root) and one is even under dosed.
The majority of the nutrients are ineffective and lack the proper clinical backing.
You’re not going to get the best results with this option.
Side Effects
There have been no side effects reported with TestoLyze.

TestoLyze Review Conclusion
All in all, this is not the best testosterone booster on the market. Far from it.
From this review, here’s what you need to know about TestoLyze:
- Servings need improving – with only 2 servings a day, it’ll be difficult to achieve constant testosterone boosting.
- Ineffective Ingredients – Only 2 of the nutrients used in this product have clinical backing.
- Missing Core T Nutrients – Vitamin D3, Zinc, and Oyster Extract are all missing from this product.
As you can see, it isn’t the best option out there.
