Review Overview – What does SCITEC DIRECT’s T/GH 240G do?
T/GH 240G is an all natural testosterone booster from SCITEC DIRECT.
It’s relatively new on the market and is claimed to:
- Support Testosterone
- Boost Growth Hormone
- Improve Energy
But how well does it work, really?
In this review, we look closely at the ingredients, safety, servings and general effectiveness of T/GH 240G to see if it really is worth the money.
This is what we’ve found:
How are the Servings?
A problem.
This product is a powder – it only has one serving a day.
This is a worry – because you need multiple servings throughout the day for efficient testosterone boosting. This keeps the flow nutrients constant so that your levels don’t dip back down during the period between servings.
Ideally you want 3 – 4 a day.
P.S.: We’ve compiled a list of the best T-Boosters with the most effective servings and ingredients – you can check them all out in the link below:

What about the ingredients in SCITEC DIRECT’s T/GH 240G?
They’re not bad – but they could be better.
The choices are on the whole good, it’s the dosing that let’s it down.
Take a look:
Vitamin D3
One of the core nutrients for testosterone boosting – but we’re not sure about the dosage.
Vitamin D3 is technically a hormone, and has a direct effect on increasing testosterone levels.
However, there is only 5mcg (400IUs) of D3 in T/GH 240G, which isn’t enough to make a considerable difference.
Ideally you want 3000 IUs daily to start seeing considerable results.
Zinc
A mineral that is vital for testosterone production – but is there enough here?
Used in the brain for reactions that create the Luteinzing Hormone (LH), this is the precursor to both testosterone, growth hormone and vital to seeing good results.
Again, the dosage isn’t great. Ideally you need around 15 – 20mg for the best outcome, and T/GH 240G only offers 1.5mg.
It’s under-dosed for sure.
Magnesium
Magnesium is a great choice and is great for boosting free testosterone levels – and it works by inhibiting Sex Hormone Binding Globulin (SHBG).
SHBG is a protein in the blood stream that binds to circulating testosterone and strips it of it’s anabolic potency. With Magnesium suppressing it, more testosterone can circulate and the result is higher free T.
D-Aspartic Acid
Another great ingredient – and well dosed too.
Similar to Zinc, D-Aspartic Acid also works by increasing the amount of LH in your body – again, this is great for improving testosterone and growth hormone.
There’s a good amount here too, 3000mg of DAA is more than enough to start experiencing some benefits.
Boron
Another great mineral.
Not found much in your diet, Boron is good for improving both testosterone and reducing estrogen.
L-Carnitine
A good amino acid when it comes to energy and metabolism – however, it doesn’t do much as far as testosterone is concerned.
L-Arginine
Thought to improve blood flow and muscle pumps, unfortunately, studies have proved otherwise. L-Arginine doesn’t absorb well with oral supplementation, so the benefits are lost.
The way around this is to use a precursor to this nutrient like L-Citrulline, which is converted into L-Arginine in the liver. It’s a shame.
Ingredients Bottom LIne:
On the surface this looks like a good ingredient profile, and it is to some extent.
The problem is the dosages. Vitamin D3 and Zinc are both heavily under-dosed in this product and they are 2 of the bigger natural hitters when it comes to testosterone.
There’s also some ineffective ingredients in this nutrient profile like the L-Carnitine and L-Arginine, however they’re not doing any harm – they’re just not helping testosterone.
This isn’t the worst nutrient profile we’ve seen, but it certainly isn’t the best either.

SCITEC DIRECT T/GH 240G Review Conclusion
As you can see T/GH 240G is an okay testosterone booster – but there are some problems.
It’s definitely not perfect, and to finish this review, we’re going to wrap up with what you need to know about this product:
- There’s only 1 serving a day – For efficient testosterone boosting, you need 3 – 4 a day for constant progression
- Some ingredients are under-dosed – Zinc and Vitamin D3 are nowhere near at optimum levels
- It’s a powder – It’s not as convenient delivery system as capsules
It’s not the best out there, but don’t worry there is an alternative.
