We’ve looked closely at the science behind this one, and it’s pretty interesting.

How are the Servings?

Bad.

Unfortunately SAN Alpha Impact only uses one serving a day, which is a serious sin in testosterone boosting.

This is because your body can only absorb so much in one sitting – and after the difference has been made, it’ll dip right back down to it’s baseline T-Levels.

So it’s important that you have multiple servings throughout the day to keep your T-levels constantly topped up.

What you should be looking for:

Ideally you want 3 – 4 daily servings in a T-Booster.

This gives your hormones that constantly supply of nutrients they need to continuously boost your T-levels and give you maximum muscle growth.

What about the Ingredients?

It’s not looking good.

In all honesty there are only one or two ingredients in Alpha Impact that are actually worth having.

Others were under-dosed, and some were totally ineffective.

The Vitamin B6 is okay…

Not necessarily a testosterone booster, but good for the older man.

That’s because Vitamin B6 doesn’t increase testosterone – it boosts estrogen.

By slowing the gene activity of the aromatase enzyme, B6 slows the conversion of testosterone into estrogen and allows you to enjoy more of the male hormone.

But The Magnesium is a lot better…

Magnesium is one of the best nutrients for increasing free testosterone.

This is all down to how it decreases the amount of Sex Hormone Binding Globulin (SHBG) in your body.

SHBG is a protein that binds to free circulating testosterone in your body and strips it of any anabolic potency (the quality that allows you to make muscle gains).

And it can do this with up to 60% of your testosterone.

Magnesium decreases it, and allows you to have much more free testosterone available.

The Zinc’s pretty good too…

One of the core testosterone boosting minerals.

Zinc is used for numerous processes in the brain that helps it create the Luteinizing Hormone (LH) – the precursor to both testosterone and growth hormone.

With more LH, your body can produce more T, which in turn helps you build more muscle mass.

Then we come to the awful, awful Tribulus Terrestis…

Arguably one of the worst testosterone boosting nutrients you can come across.

Mainly due to the fact that it doesn’t work.

Originally thought to be effective when it comes to the male hormone, later studies debunked tribulus and showed it to be nothing more than an ineffective herb.

It may in some way boost libido, but even these results are mostly unreliable.

And the Muria Puama is just as bad – it’s just too under-dosed…

There have been studies in on Muria Puama (or Potency Wood) that show it could do two things:

  • It might boost libido
  • It might boost cognition

There’s only one problem: You need a lot to do it.

With a standard dose you need anywhere from 1,100mg and up at minimum.

Ingredients Bottom Line

There are two nutrients in SAN Alpha Impact that are really worth having: the Zinc and the Magnesium.

And these alone are definitely not enough to boost your T-levels by any noticeable degree… if at all.

Overall, this isn’t a great testosterone booster.

When you boil it down, there are really on two ingredients in this product that are worth having (if you’re young and looking to make gains at least):

The Magnesium and the Zinc.

The rest isn’t worth having.

There are poor ingredients like the Trib, and under-dosed ingredients like the Muira Puama.

Then the servings are even worse with only one a day!
