But how well does it actually work?

In this review, we look closer at Royal-T to see how effective it is and see if it really is worth the price tag.

This is what you need to know:

How are the servings?

Could be better.

With only 2 servings a day, your body may not get the constant supply of nutrients it needs.

Testosterone boosting is a slow process – for the best results you need to constantly supply your body with the nutrients it needs and make sure they’re active throughout the day.

For the best results, you need around 3 – 4 servings a day to get the fastest most effective results.

What about the ingredients in Royal-T?

Honestly? Not that great.

The first problem is that this product is made up of a proprietary blend.

This means all the dosages are hidden. You don’t know how much of each ingredient you’re getting, or how effective it will be overall.

Not only that, many of the nutrients aren’t that effective and lack proper clinical studies.

Here’s what you need to know.sport-royal-t-side-effects

Eurycoma Longifolia

Also known as LongJack, this is a herb that was thought to boost testosterone when it was first introduced on the marketed and heavily marketed as such.

However studies have told a different story.

In actuality LongJack has very little effect on T levels, and at most may only give a mild boost to libido.

D-Aspartic Acid

One of the better testosterone boosters out there.

DAA is used in several reactions in the brain to promote the luteinzing hormone (LH).

This is good. LH is the precursor to both testosterone and growth hormone. It helps with T production.

Fenugreek

A good libido booster and effective for free testosterone.

Fenugreek has been seen to help regulate blood sugar.

Why is this important?

Because blood sugar controls insulin. Insulin has been seen to directly lower testosterone.

With your insulin levels under control, you testosterone has more of a chance to rise.

Tribulus

Another poor addition.

Like LongJack, Tribulus is another heavily marketed nutrient claimed to boost testosterone.

However studies have shown it just doesn’t do that.

It has been seen to have little to no effect on testosterone, but may have a mild effect on libido.

DIM

Extracted from broccoli.

DIM is thought to help reduce overall levels of estrogen.

However, although promising, nothing has been proven to show that it actually does this.

More research is needed.

Saw Palmetto

Not a testosterone booster, but may help with overall male health.

Saw Palmetto has been seen to help with prostate health, and may help mildly with symptoms of hyperplasia (enlarged prostrate).

Rhodiola Rosea

Not a testosterone booster.

Rhodiola Rosea has been seen to help with mood and fatigue, which may help you train for longer.

But it’s not going to help your testosterone.

Stinging Nettle

One of the better options for free testosterone.

Stinging Nettle has been seen to inhibit your body’s supply of Sex Hormone Binding Globulin (SHBG).

This is important because SHBG is a massive risk to your testosterone levels.

It’s a protein that binds to your testosterone and strips it of its anabolic potency (what makes it effective).

So when Stinging Nettle inhibits it you have a lot more testosterone to circulate throughout your body.

Clubmoss

Mainly containing Huperzine A – a poor brain booster.

It may have a mild effect on cognition, but you’ll grow a tolerance to it quickly.

It’s not a great option. And doesn’t boost testosterone.sport-royal-t-side-results

Ingredients Bottom Line:

On the whole, this isn’t the best nutrient profile on the market and there are several reasons why.

The main issue here has got to be the proprietary blend.

You don’t know how much of each ingredient you’re getting, or how effective it will be overall.

Not only that, so many of the ingredients here lack the proper clinical backing to be effective.

On the whole, it’s just not a great choice.

Side Effects

Although not all the ingredients in Royal-T are great – they are safe.

You shouldn’t see any nasty side effects with this product.

Is there anything better than this Testosterone Booster?

There absolutely is.

We’ve done the research, and looked far and wide for the best supplements on the market that promote:

  1. Muscle Gains
  2. Fat Loss
  3. Testosterone Levels
