Review Overview – What does Prime Labs Prime Test do?

Made by Prime Labs, this all natural testosterone booster is claimed to promote:

  • Stamina
  • Energy
  • Strength

But how well does it really work?

In this review, we look closer at Prime Test to see how effective it really is.

This is what you need to know:

How are the servings?

Not great.

With only 1 – 2 a day, there isn’t a constant enough supply a day of this testosterone booster to give your body that consistent boost.

The effects will only last for a few hours at a time. After that your body will return to its standard state.

For the best results you need a T-booster with 3 – 4 servings a day.

This gives your body that constant supply and keeps your T levels constantly on the rise.

What about the ingredients in Prime Test?

Poor.

The first problem is that they’re contained within a proprietary blend.

This means all the dosages of the individual ingredients are hidden under the same value.

You don’t know how much of each ingredient is being used, or how effective it is overall.

Not only that, many of the ingredients lack the proper clinical backing for their claims.

Take a look:prime-test-side-effects

Horny Goat Weed

Not the best start.

Despite being proclaimed a testosterone booster by various supplement companies, the actual effects of Horny Goat Weed are limited.

Studies have shown that it does not help to boost testosterone, but can help libido to a mild extent.

Tongkat Ali

Another poor choice.

Also known as LongJack, this nutrient follows a similar route to Horny Goat Weed.

Again, it has been pushed into the industry as a testosterone booster – but studies have shown it does little more than boost libido.

Saw Palmetto

Again, not a testosterone booster – but Saw Palmetto does have some benefit when it comes to male health.

Studies have shown that Saw Palmetto can help towards maintaining prostate health.

It can also help to reduce the symptoms of an enlarged prostate.

Orchic Substance

Another bad ingredient.

Orchic Substance is essentially bull testes, and their contents.

The idea here is that due to the Macho-ness of a bull – it would extend to who consumes it.

Not true – studies have shown that Orchic Extract has no impact when it comes to boosting testosterone.

Wild Yam

Another bad choice.

Wild Yams have been thought to boost testosterone – however studies have shown otherwise.

When supplemented orally, Wild Yam has no effect boosting T levels in subjects.

It’s not a good option.

Nettle

A better choice.

Nettle Root has been seen to work well for free testosterone.

By inhibiting Sex Hormone Binding Globulin (SHBG), a protein that binds to free testosterone and strips it of any anabolic potency – Nettle lessens the effects of the protein, and allows more testosterone to circulate.

Boron

Another good ingredient.

Boron is a mineral that is scarce in the average diet, but it can be incredibly effective.

Studies have shown that this mineral has helped to improve free testosterone levels – while also reducing estrogen.

It’s a great addition.prime-labs-prime-test-results

Ingredients Bottom Line:

On the whole, this isn’t the best nutrient profile you can expect to find in a testosterone booster.

There’s only 2 ingredients that are really worth it here: the Nettle and the Boron.

The rest haven’t had any confirming links between them increasing testosterone levels.

Not only that, the entire product is wrapped in a proprietary blend – you don’t know how much you’re getting, or how effective it will be overall.

It’s not looking good.

Side Effects

Although there aren’t a lot of great ingredients in Prime Test – they’re not harmful.

These are all natural ingredients with no real reported side effects.

Is there anything better than this Testosterone Booster?

There absolutely is.

We’ve done the research, and looked far and wide for the best supplements on the market that promote:

  1. Muscle Gains
  2. Fat Loss
  3. Testosterone Levels
  4. Energy
  5. Mood

Prime Labs Prime Test Review Conclusion

On the whole, this isn’t the best testosterone booster on the market.

From this review, here’s what you need to know about Prime Test;

  • Poor Servings – With 1 – 2 a day, you’re body isn’t being supplied with enough ingredients to promote T-boosting.
  • Proprietary Blends – You don’t know how much of each ingredient you’re getting, or whether it’s been effectively dosed.
  • Missing Core Nutrients – Vitamin D3, D-Aspartic Acid, Zinc, Fenugreek and more would’ve significantly improved this blend.

As you can see, it’s not your best option.
