  • Testosterone

But how well does it really work?

In this review, we look closer at Alpha Boost, to see how effective it really is.

This is what you need to know:

How are the servings?

Need improvements.

With only 1 – 2 servings a day, this isn’t your best option for optimal testosterone growth.

Your body can only absorb so much at a time.

For the best results you need to give your body a constant supply of the nutrients it needs to keep your T levels constantly only the rise.

Ideally this is around 3 – 4 servings per day.

What about the ingredients in Prime Labs Alpha Boost?

Not great.

Unfortunately, a lot of the ingredients used in this product are ineffective.

From our count, there seem to be only 2 ingredients that will make a difference here.

Not only that the ingredient list is in one solid proprietary blend – this means you don’t know how much of each ingredient is being used or how effective it is overall.

This is what you need to know:prime-labs-side-effects

Horny Goat Weed

One of the poorer options for testosterone levels.

Horny Goat Weed was once thought to be an effective T-Booster, but recent studies have shown otherwise.

In actuality this nutrient does very little for testosterone levels, but may have a mild impact on libido.

Tongkat Ali

Also known as LongJack, but also highly ineffective.

LongJack follows the same path as Horny Goat Weed.

Heavily marketed to change your T-levels, but the studies behind it are lacking significantly.

It won’t make much difference.

Saw Palmetto

Not good for testosterone – but may help with overall male health.

Saw Palmetto has been seen to help reduce enlarged prostates to mild extent.

It may have some minor help for anyone suffering from hyperplasia (enlarged prostate).

Orchic Substance

From bovine testes – marketed as a t-booster purely because of what they are.

But do they help testosterone?

Studies have shown not really. It’s more of a marketing gimmick than anything.

It will make no real difference.

Wild Yam

Another poor choice.

Despite being claimed to boost testosterone – studies have come up short.

It’s highly unlikely that will boost test.

Sarsaparilla

Also known as Muira Puama, thought to help with both cognitive and sexual health – however studies on both have been proven to be unreliable at producing effective results.

Nettle Extract

A better choice for free testosterone.

Nettle extract has been seen to inhibit Sex Hormone Binding Globulin (SHBG) a protein that binds to testosterone and strips it of its anabolic potency – making it useless.

With less SHBG, the more potential your testosterone levels have to rise.

Boron

One of the better choices for boosting testosterone.

Boron has been seen to both boost T and lower estrogen. It’s a great addition to any testosterone booster.prime-labs-alpha-boost-results

Ingredients Bottom Line:

On the whole this isn’t the best nutrient profile on the market.

There are only 2 good ingredients here – the nettle and the boron.

Everything else hasn’t been seen to be that effective.

You also have to keep in mind that it’s a proprietary blend – so you don’t even know how much of each ingredient you’re getting, or if it has been effectively dosed.

It’s not your best option if you want to see serious results.

Side Effects

There have been no side effects reported with Prime Labs Alpha Boost.

Is there anything better than this Testosterone Booster?

There absolutely is.

We’ve done the research, and looked far and wide for the best supplements on the market that promote:

  1. Muscle Gains
  2. Fat Loss
  3. Testosterone Levels
  4. Energy
  5. Mood
  6. Sex Drive

And it we’ve finally narrowed it down to just three.

Prime Labs Alpha Boost Review Conclusion

On the whole, this isn’t the best testosterone booster on the market.

From this review, this is what you need to know about Alpha Boost from Prime Labs;

  • Servings need improving – only 1 – 2 a day needs at least 3 – 4 for optimum T-boosting.
  • Proprietary blends – You don’t know much of each ingredient or how effective it will be overall.
  • Many ineffective ingredients – Numerous ingredients used lack clinical backing.

As you can see, it isn’t your best option.
