One of the newer supplements on the market, it’s gained a lot of attention with the main question being:

We took a closer look at the facts behind this supplement to work out if it really is worth the money.

Here’s what we found:

How are the servings?

Poor.

With only one serving per day – this T-booster is really lacking when it comes to progress your testosterone levels.

What you should be looking for:

The optimum amount of servings in effective testosterone boosters hover around 3 – 4 servings per day.

This ensures that your test levels are constantly being supplied with the nutrients they need to continue to progress.

What are the ingredients like?

Ok – but there’s room for improvement.

Don’t get us wrong, TruZMA does have some good ingredients.

But that’s the problem – only some.

It’s missing many of the vital and core nutrients to boosting testosterone, which is unfortunate.

The Vitamin B6 doesn’t boost Testosterone, but there is some merit…

Not a T-Booster by any stretch, but some studies have shown that Vitamin B6 may have some value as an aromatase inhibitor.

This means it can reduce the amount estrogen in the bloodstream and help produce more testosterone.

However, estrogen is only really a worry for older guys.

The Magnesium is great though…

Necessary for maintaining the testosterone you produce.

Up to 60% of the free testosterone circulating in the blood stream can be bound to a protein known as Sex Hormone Binding Globulin (SHBG). This strips it of it’s muscle building qualities.

Studies have shown that magnesium binds to SHBG instead, thus increasing your overall free testosterone.

And the Zinc is a great help…

One of the key minerals of producing testosterone.

Zinc has been shown in studies to be useful for reactions in the brain to increase the luteinizing hormone (LH) – this is the precursor to testosterone and growth hormone – and there’s a healthy amount in TruZMA.

But the Shilajit is a bad choice…

This is a traditional mixture of minerals used in Ayurveda. There very few studies on this nutrient and not a lot has been found, with some very unreliable, small studies attempting to prove it improves sperm quality.

Ingredients: The Bottom Line

The only real ingredients worth considering in this product are the Zinc and the Magnesium for boosting T.

But two ingredients aren’t enough to pull this off. TruZMA is missing many of the core ingredients to effectively boost testosterone – and if that’s what you’re after you’re better off looking elsewhere.

Although it contains Zinc and Magnesium, which is great, there are just a few problems…

The Bad Points;

  • Poor Servings – With only one serving a day, your T-Levels can’t get the constant supply they need to grow
  • Missing Core Ingredients – Vitamin D3, D-Aspartic Acid, Oyster Extract, all key to the T-Boosting process, and they’re not in here.

Although it only seem like 2 bad points, that last one’s a major one, and makes all the difference between you making gains, and you not.
