Review Overview – What does Nutrex T-UP do?
From Nutrex comes T-UP, the Natural Testosterone Booster a lot of you guys have been asking us for advice on.
Well, here it is…
On the face of it, Nutrex is a pretty good company so we were interested to see what T-UP was capable of.
Boy were we disappointed.
On their website, T-UP is claimed to:
- Improve Testosterone
- Support Muscle Growth, Strength and Recovery
Many T-Boosters claim similar features, but the main question is:
Can they actually do it?
This is what we found:
How are the Servings?
Not Great.
The problem here is that there’s only 1 serving a day.
Although it may sound convenient, this doesn’t do your test levels a world of favors. In fact, it starves them.
After each serving there’s a 24 hour window of your hormone levels not getting the nutrients they need to improve, and this risks them returning to their standard baseline.
You need a lot more to get the results you want.
What you should be looking for:
The Top T-Boosters on the market have around 3 – 4 servings a day. This ensures that your T-levels are constantly supplied with the nutrients they need to develop and progress.
This is the best way to make more muscle gains.

What about the Ingredients?
Poor: There’s just too few of them.
Although there are key ingredients in T-UP the main problem is that they’re missing a lot of the core nutrients necessary to ensure effective testosterone boosting.
Just take a look at how slim this list is, we’ve wrote up the most notable ingredients below:
Wouldn’t lead with Vitamin B6, but hey, it still helps…
Not the best nutrient for boosting testosteorne, because it doesn’t.
However, B6 may help in other areas, but mainly if you’re an older guy.
B6 helps slow down the gene activity of the aromatase enzyme, the enzyme that turns testosterone into estrogen.
As you get older your body produces more testosterone, so for the older guys this is great.
It reduces your estrogen count, allowing your T-levels to have more impact on your muscle gains.
Not sure about the Folic Acid (Vitamin B9) and the B12 either…
We think this for one reason:
They are not testosterone boosters
At most all these nutrients do is increase energy production, which is useful, but not effective for boosting testosterone levels.
This won’t help your overall muscle gains.
Finally we’re getting somewhere with the Zinc…
One of the key minerals for boosting testosterone.
Zinc is essential for reactions in the brain when it comes to producing the Luteinizing Hormone (LH).
LH is important for two reasons, it helps create testosteorne, and it helps create growth hormone.
You always need Zinc in a T-Booster.
And the D-Aspartic Acid’s good too, pity it’s the last ingredient…
An effective amino acid when it comes to the testosteorne boosting process.
D-Aspartic Acid, like Zinc, is great for boosting the Luteinizing Hormone (LH).
With more LH your body has more precursor to create muscle building hormones such as testosteorne and growth hormone.
There’s a good amount in here too, which definitely helps.
Ingredients Bottom Line:
There are good nutrients in here but there’s a problem:
There’s too few of them.
All T-UP really has going for it is the B6, Zinc and D-Aspartic Acid.
And if you’re a younger guy, the B6 isn’t going to matter.
The takeaway here is that T-UP needs a lot more core T-Boosting nutrients if you’re actually going to get any benefit out of it.

Nutrex T-UP Review Conclusion
Overall this is a pretty poor show.
Although it has ingredients like Zinc and DAA – That’s all it has.
So many of the core Testosterone boosting ingredients like Magnesium, Vitamin D3 and Oyster Extract are missing here, which would’ve given it enough angles to work.
And then we have the 1 serving a day…
Only getting one dose of these ingredients a day makes your chances of impacting your T-levels even worse, as you’re not being constantly supplied with what you need.
All in all this is a bad option, and we don’t recommend it.
