Review Overview – What does MuscleTech’s VitaliGenix T10 do?

Manufactured by MuscleTech, VitaliGenix is an all natural testosterone booster claimed to:

  • Boost Testosterone
  • Increase Muscle Mass
  • Enhance Sex Drive

But how well does it actually work?

In this review, we look closer at VitaliGenix T10 to see what it brings to the table and how effective it really is.

How are the servings?

Not great.

With only 2 servings a day – a lot more could be done to effectively boost your T levels. When raising your testosterone, you need to give it a constant supply of the nutrients it needs to get to the next level.

An ideal amount would be every few hours, around 3 – 4 servings a day. At only half that, VitaliGenix T10 will have some impact, but it will be slow.

Don’t believe that 10hr claim they’re making, they’ve put an asterisks all over their claims for a reason – it’ll take a lot of time.

You could get there far faster with a more regular serving T-Booster.

What about the ingredients in MuscleTech’s VitaliGenix T10?

Definitely need improving.

With only a handful of good ingredients, there’s a lot more that could be done with this product.

A lot of the ingredients used are ineffective and won’t do anything for your testosterone levels.

We’ve summarized what’s in this product, this is what you need to know:muscletech-vitaligenix-t10-side-effects

One of the better testosterone boosting minerals out there.

Zinc is great for testosterone production. Used in key chemical reactions in your brain, Zinc helps promote the Luteinzing Hormone (LH), the precursor to both growth hormone and testosterone.

A good choice that does have its benefits, but helps more with libido.

Mainly a libido enhancer, fenugreek may also regulate blood sugar.

By lowering blood sugar, fenugreek can also reduce insulin levels – this is a good thing. Insulin directly interferes with testosterone and lowers it.

A poor choice that does not boost testosterone.

Maca is an all natural herb that was thought to boost testosterone, however studies have shown it may only give a mild boost to libido.

It does not improve testosterone.

Tribulus Terrestris

Also a bad choice.

Tribulus was another herb originally thought to boost testosterone – then it was marketed aggressively because of this.

Unfortunately, it has not been shown in studies to boost testosterone, and may only mildly boost libido.

A mineral that is great for both testosterone and hormonal balance.

Studies have shown boron increases free testosterone and may even to some extent reduce estrogen.

Broccoli (Supplying DIM)

Not so great.

Although thought to be an aromatase inhibitor (slows the enzyme that creates estrogen) little has been proven.

More research has to be done to know for sure.

Olive Extract

A poor choice.

May help with blood flow – does not help with testosterone boosting.

Safed Musli

May boost libido, does not boost testosterone.

Safed Musli may help with erections, however the only studies that vouch for this are rat studies.

These may not scale up to human benefits.muscletech-vitaligenix-t10-results

Ingredients Bottom Line:

On the whole this isn’t the best nutrient profile we’ve seen.

The only good choices here are the zinc, fenugreek and the boron – the other half of this product is not up to standard.

And considering the price of VitaliGenix T10 – you could do a lot better.

Side Effects

There have been no side effects reported with T10, all the ingredients are safe – they’re just not that effective.

Is there anything better than this Testosterone Booster?

There absolutely is.

We’ve done the research, and looked far and wide for the best supplements on the market that promote:

  1. Muscle Gains
  2. Fat Loss
  3. Testosterone Levels
  4. Energy
  5. Mood
  6. Sex Drive

And it we’ve finally narrowed it down to just three.

These are the best testosterone boosters on the market, that both myself and our readers agree provide the best results. You can check them out below:

MuscleTech VitaliGenix T10 Review Conclusion

All in all, this isn’t the best testosterone booster out there, and there are several reasons why.

If you’re thinking about paying the high price of VitaliGenix T10, this is what you need to know:

  • Servings need improving – Only 2 serving a day. Not enough for day long T-Boosting.
  • Many ingredients ineffective – Over half the ingredients used are unreliable for boosting testosterone.
  • High Price – This product costs over $200 in most stores.

As you can see, it’s not your best option.
