But how well does it do this?
We’ve taken a closer look in this review, at the science behind the servings and ingredients in Power Test to see how effective it really is.

How are the servings?
Better than most.
Power Test has three individual servings per day. This gives your hormones a constant supply of the nutrients they need to constantly progress and grow.
The only issue is the lacking ingredients profile.

What about the ingredients in Power Test?
Okay – but limited.
Although some reliable testosterone boosting nutrients have been chosen in Power Test, there are only two key ingredients, one of which has very little evidence to support it.
Take a look at what we found:
Vitamin B6 is okay and good for lowering estrogen…
Not actually a testosterone booster, B6 is found in foods like almonds.
By how it reacts with the hormonal pathway in the body, B6 can reduce the gene activity of the female hormone.
This is good for reducing estrogen, and having less interference with your testosterone levels.
Whereas B12 is good for metabolism…
Known to promote energy and metabolism in the body. The minor effects of this vitamin me improve performance in the gym.
The D-Aspartic Acid is also a good ingredient…
One of the core testosterone boosting ingredients, DAA helps produce more of your body’s Luteinizng Hormone (LH).
With more LH your body can produce more testosterone and growth hormone, as this is the precursor to both.
However, we’re not so sure on the DL-a-hydroxyisocaproic acid (HICA)…
A branch chain amino acid, also known as leucic acid.
This nutrient has been seen in one study to promote lean muscle mass, however the effects of very minor although still present.
There has only been one main study on this nutrient, more research needs to be done to confirm its effectiveness.
Ingredients Bottom Line:
The nutrient profile in this product is limited. Many core nutrients for boosting testosterone such as vitamin D3, zinc, and magnesium are all missing.
That said, the nutrients are used are good. The problem, is because there are so few, it’s hard for Power Test to have a strong impact on your testosterone levels.
