Review Overview – What does Modern Man do?
One of the main featured T-Boosters on Amazon.com at the moment – Modern Man.
A testosterone booster claimed to:
- Increase Focus
- Boost T-Levels
- Lower Stress
- Enhance Energy
- Build Muscle
It all sounds promising but does it actually work?
We took a look at the finer details of this supplement and found out the truth.
Here are the facts:
How are the servings?
Mediocre at best.
With only 2 servings a day, there’s only so much your T-levels can get out of Modern Man per day. There’s a huge gap between daily servings which can really sink your testosterone levels.
What you should be looking for:
T-Boosters with 3 – 4 daily servings. This gives your body the constant supply it needs to allow T-levels to continuously grow throughout the day and night.

What about the ingredients?
Not great.
Overall there is only one good ingredient in this product.
Maybe two at a push.

Here’s the poor show that Modern Man had to offer:
Tribulus Terrestris is awful and should not be the biggest ingredient here…
‘Trib’ as it’s also known, was originally thought to be one of the best T-boosting ingredients in the industry.
After this came to light, tests were done to see just how effective it is.
It turns out not at all.
So far no tests have provided evidence to confirm Trib as a functioning test booster. It doesn’t work.
Fenugreek on the other hand is another story…
A traditional libido enhancer that has some merit as a testosterone booster.
By it’s ability to regulate blood sugar, fenugreek regulates blood sugar and lowers insulin levels which lowers Sex Hormone Binding Globulin, and promotes more circulating testosterone.
However the Maca isn’t great…
This Peruvian herb has been to have some effect as a libido booster – but it fails miserably as a T-booster.
No study has confirmed that Maca has any testosterone boosting properties.
The Ashwagandha may help, but it’s effect is only indirect…
Ashwagandha is a herb that has been seen to lower anxiety.
By extension it lowers stress, which reduces cortisol which is a key hormone to lowering testosterone.
As you can see there is a connection to Ashwagandha helping testosterone, but it’s thin and can be unreliable.
But the N-Methyl-D-Aspartic Acid is an absolute joke…
NMDA is supposed to be a stronger version of T-boosting nutrient D-Aspartic Acid.
However, studies have shown that this nutrient has no effect at all.
A study in the Journal of Sports Science and Medicine performed by Willoughby showed that 28 days supplementation of NMDA has no difference in testosterone levels to that of a placebo.
And the Fat Burning ingredients are no better…
Okay, it does contain caffeine – but that’s mainly just an energy booster.
The Eria Jarensis Extract has no supporting studies and is a very unreliable.
In case you were wondering, this is definitely not an effective fat burner.
Ingredients Bottom Line:
Overall this is a very weak testosterone booster. The only real ingredient that may make a difference here is the Fenugreek, but you’re going to need a lot more than that to effectively raise those test levels.

Modern Man Testosterone Booster Review Conclusion
Overall this is a pretty ineffective T-Booster.
Here’s why:
- Poor Servings – With only 2 servings a day, MM could be delivered a lot better to boost T-levels
- Ineffective Ingredients – NMDA, Tribulus and Maca are all prime examples of poor T-boosters
- Only promotes free Testosteorne – No Zinc, D3, or actual D-Aspartic Acid is in this product to produce testosterone
There are a lot better T-boosters out there.
