But how well does it really work?

In this review, we look closer at JXT5 to see how effective it really is.

This is what you need to know:

How are the servings?

Poor.

With only one serving a day, this product will take patience to deliver any real results.

Testosterone boosting is a slow process, and your body needs all the help it can get.

If you’re leaving 24 hours between each serving, you’re giving your hormones the opportunity to slip back down to their baseline levels.

For the best results you need 3 – 4 servings a day.

This keeps your hormones constantly topped up with the nutrients they need, and continually on the rise.

What about the ingredients in MetisNutriton’s JXT5?

They could be a lot better.

The main issue here are the proprietary blends. The dosages of each ingredient in this product are hidden.

You don’t know how much you’re getting, or how effective it will be overall.

Speaking of effective, some of the nutrients used in this product are outdated, and have been debunked over the recent years.

Here’s what you need to know about the most notable ingredients:metisnutrition-jxt5-side-effects

Fenugreek

One of the better options for free testosterone.

Fenugreek works well for libido, but it can also help testosterone levels.

With its ability to regulate blood sugar, Fenugreek can help to lower overall insulin levels – a hormone that directly affects T-levels.

With less insulin, the more testosterone should be able to circulate throughout your system.

DHEA

A hormone that may (or may not promote testosterone levels).

Studies have shown that DHEA may help to regulate both testosterone and estrogen.

However, some reports have shown it to raise estrogen instead of testosterone in some cases.

Be careful with this nutrient.

Tribulus Terrestris

A poor testosterone booster.

Although aggressively marketed to boost testosterone levels – research has shown that Tribulus doesn’t live up to the hype.

In numerous studies, Trib has been seen to fail at boosting testosterone.

At most it may mildly boost libido –  but that’s all you can expect.

Nettle

A better choice for free testosterone.

Nettle has been seen to directly inhibit SHBG.

That’s Sex Hormone Binding Globulin, a protein in your blood stream that binds to testosterone and strips it of its anabolic potency – what makes it work.

With SHBG inhibited, more testosterone can circulate throughout your system unhindered and be more available to you.

Eurycoma Longifolia

Also known as LongJack, and unfortunately this herb has a similar story to tribulus.

This is another nutrient that was thought to help boost testosterone – but in actuality does very little.

It may mildly help boost libido.

Safed Musli

A combination of nutrients that may or may not boost testosterone.

These minerals have been thought to help raise testosterone, but the results are mixed.

It’s unreliable at best, and more research needs to be done to know for sure, and what dosage should be used.

Turmeric

May help with joint health, although there is not much evidence out there.

Milk Thistle

Good for liver health.

Milk Thistle is typically used when using methylated pro hormones.

It’s good for protecting internal organs during the cycle. However it won’t make much of a difference here as none of the ingredients are methylated.

It can’t hurt having it here though.

Saw Palmetto

Promotes male health.

Saw Palmetto has been seen to help reduce the overall symptoms of an enlarged prostate (hyperplasia).

The effects are mild, but definitely beneficial if you find yourself suffering.

DIM

Not a great choice.

Derived from leafy greens and brocolli. DIM may help lower overall estrogen levels – however nothing has been proven as of yet.

Chrysin

Another poor choice.

Chrysin has been seen in one study to boost testosterone – when it was injected directly into the testes.

All other studies, that use oral supplementation, have failed to boost testosterone.

Black Pepper

Will help with nutrient absorption. But not much else.metisnutrition-jxt5-results

Ingredients Bottom Line:

On the whole, JXT5 doesn’t have the best nutrient profile we’ve seen.

There are big proprietary blends in here. You don’t know how much of each ingredient you’re getting, or how effective it will be overall.

Not only that, many of the main testosterone boosting ingredients in this product have been seen to fail at getting the job done.

It’s just not a good option.

Side Effects

There have been no side effects reported with this product.

Is there anything better than this Testosterone Booster?

There absolutely is.

We’ve done the research, and looked far and wide for the best supplements on the market that promote:

  1. Muscle Gains
  2. Fat Loss
  3. Testosterone Levels
  4. Energy
  5. Mood
  6. Sex Drive

And it we’ve finally narrowed it down to just three.

These are the best testosterone boosters on the market, that both myself and our readers agree provide the best results. You can check them out below:

MetisNutrition JXT5 Review Conclusion

On the whole, this isn’t the best testosterone booster on the market.

From this review, here’s what you need to know about JXT5;

  • Poor Servings – With only 1 serving a day, your hormones don’t get the regular support they need to continually rise.
  • Proprietary Blend – You don’t know how much of each ingredient you’re getting, or how effective it will be overall.
  • Ineffective ingredients – Many of nutrients used lack the clinical backing for effective results.

All in all, it’s not your best option.
