Review Overview: What does KA-POW! K.O. Overnight do?

ka-pow-ko-overnight-reviewManufactured by Hero Supplements, this testosterone booster is an all natural supplement that claims to promote:

  • Testosterone
  • Muscle Recovery
  • Lower Estrogen

But how well does it really work?

In this review, we get to the bottom of K.O. Overnight, to see how effective it really is.

This is what we found:

How are the servings?

Poor.

With only one serving a day, taken at night, this T-Booster isn’t efficiently optimized for the best results.

For the best results you need 3 – 4 individual servings throughout the day.

With only one, your body has to wait 24 hours for the next hit – and it can only absorb so much at a time.

It really slows up your progress.

What about the ingredients in KA-POW! K.O. Overnight?

Okay, but the proprietary blends hold it back a lot.

If you’re not aware, proprietary blends are mixed ingredients under one dosage.

It stops you from knowing how much of each ingredient is being used.

And effects the reliability.

Magnesium

Good for testosterone availability, or free testosterone.

Magnesium inhibits a protein known as Sex Hormone Binding Globulin (SHBG) which strips your testosterone of its anabolic potency.

This makes it useless.

After being inhibited by magnesium, SHBG can no longer do this, and you get more available T because of it.

Zinc

Good for testosterone production.

Zinc is used for processes in your brain to create the Luteinizing Hormone (LH), the precursor to both testosterone and growth hormone.

It’s necessary to the T Boosting process.

This is where we enter the proprietary blend – we don’t know dosages from here on in.

Tribulus

Tribulus on the other hand isn’t.

Once thought to improve overall testosterone – studies have proved otherwise.

Tribulus does not promote testosterone levels, it may however have a mild effect on your libido.

However it’s incredibly weak.

Boron

A better choice.

Boron has been seen to help testosterone levels and overall free testosterone in numerous studies.

It may even help reduce estrogen.

Mucuna Pruriens

Another good ingredient.

Also known as velvet bean, Mucuna has been seen to raise your body’s level of L-Dopa which can greatly impact sperm quality and testosterone in a positive way.

Stinging Nettle

Better for free testosterone.

Containing Beta Sitosterol, stinging nettle helps inhibit SHBG.

Like with magnesium, this helps lower the overall power of the protein, and gives a lot more strength to your available testosterone.

Fenugreek

Good for libido and can help T.

Fenugreek regulates blood sugar levels, which in turn can reduce insulin.

Insulin directly affects testosterone. The less you have of it the better, and the more overall testosterone you’ll have.

Ashwagandha

Promotes T – albeit indirectly.

Ashwagandha helps lower overall stress levels.

The stress hormone cortisol, like insulin, directly lowers testosterone.

Again, the less you have of it the better. It should help T.

DIM

A poor option.

DIM is usually found in broccoli, and thought to help reduce estrogen – however, little evidence has come forward to support this.

L-Theanine

Not so effective.

May promote calmness, which may indirectly affect cortisol, and by extension testosterone.

But that’s a big reach – it’s doubtful it will have much effect.

Valerian

A herb used to reduce anxiety.

But the results of it varies, it may help reduce stress. However it may not work for everyone.

Melatonin

Nothing special here.

Melatonin promotes sleep – may help with rest. But not with testosterone.ka-pow-ko-overnight-results

Ingredients Bottom Line:

On the whole there are some good ingredients in KA-POW! K.O. Overnight, however there’s one big problem:

The proprietary blend.

You don’t know how much you’re getting of each ingredient. Plus there are some ineffective ones in there too.

How do you know that you’re not getting more of them, than of the good ones?

It definitely damages the credibility.

KA-POW! K.O. Overnight Review Conclusion

All in all, this isn’t the best testosterone booster out there.

From this review, this is what you need to to know about the KA-POW! K.O. T-Booster:

  • Poor Servings: Only 1 per day, you need 3 – 4 over 24 hrs for the best results.
  • Ineffective ingredients: Tribulis Terrestris is ineffective and outdated.
  • Proprietary Blend: You don’t know how much you’re getting of each ingredient.

As you can see, it’s not your best option.
