How are the servings?
Poor.
With only 1 serving a day, there’s only so much benefit you can get from this T-Booster.
The issue is that your body can only absorb so much at a time.
You need to give your body a constant supply of the nutrients it needs to keep your T levels constantly on the rise.
Ideally you need around 3 – 4 throughout the day for the best results.
There’s definite room for improvement here.
What about the ingredients in High T Black?
Not that great.
For starters, it’s a proprietary blend – this means all the individual doses of each ingredient are hidden.
You don’t know how much of each ingredient you’re getting, or how effective it will be overall.
Not only that, there are quite a few ineffective ingredients, and some that even cause side effects.

Zinc
There’s not a lot here, but it’s still a good addition.
Zinc has been seen to help with testosterone production. By being used for reactions in your brain, it can promote the luteinzing hormone (LH) – the pre cursor to both growth hormone and testosterone.
Raspberry Ketones
Not a testosterone booster – barely a fat burner.
Used in fat burning supplements – but not actually that effective.
Studies have shown that Rasberry Ketones have little to no effect in human studies, and is even banned in EU as a novel food.
Caffeine Anhydrous
Again, not a testosterone booster.
Caffeine may promote energy and metabolism – but it will not help you boost testosterone levels.
Fenugreek
One of the better choices for testosterone boosting, albeit an indirect one.
Fenugreek has been seen to help regulate the blood sugar in your body. This can help control your insulin levels.
Insulin directly interferes with testosterone levels and can lower your overall levels.
With fenugreek, you can help manage your insulin and give your testosterone more of an opportunity to grow.
Eurycoma Longifolia
Also known as Longjack, Eurycoma Longifolia definitely isn’t your best option when it comes to testosterone boosting.
Although marketed to do so, studies have shown that Longjack doesn’t have that much of an impact on testosterone levels.
At most it may boost libido to a very mild extent.
Rhodiola Rosea
A good nutrient for your mind – but not for your testosterone levels.
Rhodiola has been seen to promote well-being, focus and in some cases even fight depression.
It’s good for mood – but it hasn’t been seen in any study to positively effect testosterone levels.
Tribulus
One of the poorer t-boosters on the market.
Similar to Longjack, Tribulus is another that has been aggressively marketed as a testosterone booster.
Again, there has been no activity of this positively affecting testosterone levels – and at most, all you may get is a mild boost in libido.
Citrulline Malate
A better choice, but heavily under-dosed.
Citrulline doesn’t boost testosterone, but can help with blood flow.
By being converted into Arginine after absorption, Citrulline promotes nitric oxide which dilates blood vessels and improves overall muscle pumps.
However studies have shown you need 5 – 8g for any real effect – so much more than what we can estimate is in High T Black.
Arginine AKG
A poor choice.
Arginine is what Citrulline turns into after absorption.
Unfortunately, studies have shown Arginine is poorly absorbed.
It’s only the Arginine produced from the Citrulline that will have any effect.
Beta Alanine
May help with workouts – but could cause issues.
Beta Alanine has been seen in numerous studies to buffer acid in muscles and improve endurance.
However, studies have shown it can cause certain side effects – more on that in the next section.
Ingredients Bottom Line:
On the whole, this isn’t the best nutrient profile on the market.
The main problem here are the proprietary blends – you don’t know how much of each ingredient you’re getting or how effective it will be overall.
On top of that the only good T-Boosting nutrients appear to be fenugreek and zinc – and the the zinc is clearly under-dosed.
There’s also a side effect risk from the Beta Alanine.
There are better options out there.
Side Effects
The main side effect risk comes from the Beta Alanine.
Linked to causing paresthesia – an itching of the skin and face, Beta Alanine can distract you from training.
We’ve had it ourselves and it definitely breaks your focus.
