Review Overview – What does Gear49 Axle do?

gear49-axle-testosterone-booster-reviewThis all natural testosterone booster was brought to us by Gear49, Axle is believed to help promote:

  • Testosterone
  • Muscle Mass
  • Energy and Libido

But how well does it really work?

In this review, we look closer at what goes into Gear49 Axel to see just how effective it really is.

This is what you need to know:

How are the servings?

With only 1 a day, this schedule significantly reduces your chances of raising testosterone.

For the best results you need something that delivers consistent top ups throughout the day, to stop your t levels falling back to base level.

3 – 4 servings a day are ideal for making that happen. Look out for that in future.

What about the ingredients in Gear49 Axle?

Not great.

This product relies too much on proprietary blends.

This when ingredients are grouped together and you don’t know how much of each is being used.

This stops us knowing how effective the product is overall.

On top of this, quite a few of the ingredients used are ineffective, take a look:gear49-axle-testosterone-booster-side-effects

One of the better minerals out there for your testosterone levels.

Zinc is used by your brain to create LH – the luteinizing hormone. This is an essential precursor to both growth hormone and testosterone.

One of the weaker testosterone boosters.

Originally thought to boost T when it was first introduced on the market – studies showed otherwise.

There is no proven connection between trib and testosterone, although it may help boost libido to a minor extent.

Pine Bark Extract

May help as an erectile herb – however studies and evidence for this are limited.

D-Aspartic Acid

Under-dosed on this occasion but usually good.

DAA works in a similar way to Zinc. It helps boost your body’s overall levels of LH, which in turn gives you more T.

Hawthorne Berry

Linked to promoting joint health.

Will do very little when it comes to boosting actual testosterone levels.

Horny Goat Weed, Tongkat Ali/LongJack & Maca

We’ve grouped these three nutrients together for one reason – they all work in the same way.

At one point or another each of these ingredients were thought to boost testosterone.

But this was all part of clever marketing.

In reality none of these herbs boost testosterone, but they may help your libido to a minor extent.

Panax Ginseng

One of the better T-boosters out there, albeit indirectly.

Panax Ginseng has been seen to lower overall blood sugar, which in turn lessens insulin.

Insulin has a direct effect on your testosterone and lowers it significantly. With less insulin, your T can rise higher.

A mushroom extract that may help reduce stress.

Studies for Ganoderma are unreliable at the moment, but if it can in fact lower stress, this should allow it to raise testosterone.

Essentially Vitamin K. This will do very little without a nutrient like Vitamin D3 to help it out.

It’s not effective here.

Ingredients Bottom Line:

On the whole, this isn’t the best testosterone booster nutrient profile that we’ve seen.

The main issue are the proprietary blends. We don’t know how much of each ingredient we’re getting – and some appear to very clearly under-dosed.

On top of that it appears that many of the ingredients used are ineffective when it comes to boosting T.

It’s not good.

Side effects

No side effects have been reported with the Gear49 Axle testosterone booster.

Is there anything better than Gear49 Axle?

There absolutely is.

Gear49 Axle Review Conclusion

On the whole, this isn’t the best testosterone booster out there, not by a long shot.

From this review, if you are considering Gear49’s Axle Testosterone Booster, this is what you need to know:

  • Poor Servings – Only one a day, you need regular top-ups day long for fast results.
  • Proprietary Blends – We don’t know how much of each ingredient we’re getting, or how effective it can be overall.
  • Ineffective ingredients – Many of the nutrients used lack the clinical backing for their claims.

Needless to say, it’s not the best choice on the market.
