Review Overview – What does GAT’s NITRAFLEX do?
Manufactured by GAT, NITRAFLEX is an all natural testosterone boosting powder claimed to:
- Boost Testosterone
- Increase Strength
- Improve Muscle Pumps
But how well does it really work?
In this review, we take a closer look at NITRAFLEX to see how effective it will be for you.
This is what you need to know:
How are the servings?
Poor.
With only 1 serving a day, your testosterone levels are going to get a poor return.
For the best results you need 3 – 4 servings a day. Testosterone boosting is a slow process – you need to give it constant support to pull it off.
In our opinion it’s the wrong move by GAT here.
What about the ingredients in NITRAFLEX?
Not good.
For starters, this product is riddled with proprietary blends.
You don’t know how much of each ingredient is being used, or how effective it will be.
On top of that, the choices themselves aren’t great either – take a look:
Citrulline
A great vasodilator – but not an effective testosterone booster.
Citrulline has been seen to improve overall blood flow and increase your body’s supply of nitric oxide.
This should give you some good muscle pumps in the gym – but will not boost your testosterone.
L-Arginine
Imagine an ineffective citrulline.
L-Arginine has been linked to improving nitric oxide and blood flow, however it has been shown to not absorb properly with oral supplementation.
Resveratrol
May enhance blood flow, all effects aren’t that reliable.
Again, not a testosterone booster.
Pterostilbene
A less researched version of Resveratrol.
It may promote blood flow, but it won’t improve T-levels.
CarnoSyn (Beta Alanine)
Another ineffective testosterone booster.
CarnoSyn is a branded Beta Alanine – meaning it’s more of a preworkout ingredient than a T-Booster.
It’s been seen in a few studies to help buffer the acid in your muscles, which may help with training.
However it has also been linked to causing side effects.
More on that later.
Caffeine
A natural stimulant that gives you more energy.
This will help with your intensity in the gym, but not with your T-levels.
DMAE
A very poor choice.
DMAE is typically used in beauty creams and thought to help with focus.
However, studies have shown that this isn’t the case – and it may fact just cause side effects.
L-Tyrosine
An amino acid that helps as an anti anxiety.
This is used mainly to counter the stimulating effects of caffeine – and does not boost testosterone.
CFB (Boron)
The only T-Booster in NITRAFLEX.
Boron has been seen to help increase testosterone and in some cases, even help decrease estrogen levels.
It’s a good addition. But it’s not enough on its own to make a world of difference.
Ingredients Bottom Line:
Despite being marketed as such – this is definitely not a testosterone booster.
It’s more of a preworkout when you factor in the stimulants and the vasodilators for muscle pumps.
There’s only one ingredient for testosterone here – the boron.
To make matters worse the product is split up into proprietary blends. We don’t know how much of each ingredient we’re getting, or how effective this product will be overall.
Side Effects
There are two ingredients you need to be aware of in NITRAFLEX: the DMAE and the CarnoSyn.
DMAE is the biggest offender here. It has been linked to causing birth defects – and there’s still more research that needs to be done. We don’t know how dangerous it is overall.
The CarnoSyn effects however are just annoying. It’s been linked to causing paresthesia – which is a harmless itching in the face and hands.
From personal experience, we can tell you it’s incredibly distracting.
Needless to say this is a T-Booster we’d keep away from.

GAT NITRAFLEX Review Conclusion
As you can see this isn’t the best testosterone booster on the market and there are several reasons why.
From this review, if you’re thinking about NITRAFLEX, this is what you need to know:
- Poor Servings – With only 1 servings a day, you won’t get any long lasting effects.
- Proprietary Blend – You don’t know how much of each ingredient is being used, or how effective it will be.
- Only 1 testosterone booster – Boron is the only T-Booster in this product.
- Ineffective Ingredients – Many of the nutrients used lack clinical backing.
- Potential Side Effects – CarnoSyn and DMAE are linked to side effects.
It’s far from your best option.
