Review Overview – What does BPM Labs Delta Zone do?
Made by BPM Labs, this is an all natural testosterone booster claimed to promote:
- Testosterone
- Growth Hormone
- Sleep
- Sex Drive
But how well does it really work?
In this review, we look closer at Delta Zone to see how effective it really is.
This is what you need to know:
How are the servings?
Poor.
With only 1 serving a day – this isn’t your best option for t-boosting.
The problem here is that your body can only absorb so much at a time, and the effects will only last for a few hours.
For the following 20 or so hours after taking it, you’ll experience no additional benefits.
Ideally, you need 3 – 4 servings a day.
This keeps your nutrient supply constant and your testosterone constantly on the rise.
What about the ingredients in Delta Zone?
Could be a lot better.
The first problem with this t-booster is that it uses a propriety blend.
This is when all the ingredients are grouped together under one value rather than individual doses. It stops you knowing how much of each ingredient you’re getting or how effective it will be overall.
There’s also a lack of core nutrients.
Here’s what you need to know:
D-Aspartic Acid
One of the better nutrients for testosterone boosting.
D-Aspartic Acid has been seen to help raise your body’s supply of the luteinzing hormone (LH).
This is the precursor to both testosterone and growth hormone and is ideal for raising T.
Phenibut
A nutrient that helps to promote sleep and reduces anxiety.
Although it won’t help to directly boost testosterone – it may help to reduce your body’s levels of the stress hormone cortisol.
Cortisol has been seen to directly affect testosterone, and with less of it in your system – more T can rise.
Mucuna Pruriens
Full of L-Dopa, this is an all natural herb that may help to reduce cortisol levels.
By supplying your body with L-Dopa, your body produces more Dopamine and serotonin which helps to reduce stress and promotes testosterone.
L-Arginine
Linked to improving blood flow and muscle pumps – however there’s a problem.
Although Arginine has been seen to promote nitric oxide levels which promotes overall blood flow – studies have shown that L-Argonne is not well absorbed when supplemented orally.
Enough won’t be absorbed to have an effective impact.
L-Tyrosine
An anti stressor amino acid.
L-Tyrosine has been seen to promote Dopamine and serotonin. This can help promote relaxation and calmness.
Again, this may help to reduce cortisol which by extension lowers stress and raises testosterone.
L-Phenylanaline
A poorer choice.
Again, like most of the ingredients in this product. Phenylethylamine has been thought to help produce more relaxing and ‘happy’ hormones in your body.
However, studies have shown that this nutrient is broken down too quickly after absorption.
It won’t have much of an effect.
Ingredients Bottom Line:
On the whole, this isn’t the best nutrient profile for a testosterone booster.
The main problem is that there are only 2 real testosterone boosters here; the mucuna pruriens and the D-Aspartic Acid.
Aside from that, the rest seem to be indirect, supporting ingredients that may or may not reduce cortisol.
Some better choices would be Vitamin D3, Zinc, Magnesium, Fenugreek and Oyster Extract.
It could be a lot better.
Side Effects
Although a lot of the ingredients used aren’t that effective – they not harmful.
You shouldn’t have any trouble if you choose to supplement Delta Zone.
