Review Overview – What does Beyond Raw Anabolic Sleep do?

Made by Beyond Raw, this is an all natural testosterone booster claimed to promote:

  • Recovery
  • Testosterone
  • Strength
  • Muscle Mass

But how well does it really work?

In this review, we look closer at Anabolic Sleep to see how effective it really is.

This is what you need to know:

How are the servings?

Not good.

There’s only 1 serving a day in this product – just before you go to sleep.

This makes sense for the product – but for a testosterone booster it’s a terrible idea.

With only one serving a day, you’re only giving your body a few hours of benefits.

What your body needs is a constant supply of nutrients to keep supporting testosterone and help your t-levels progress.

Ideally you need 3 – 4 servings a day from a t-booster to get the best results – something that Beyond Raw didn’t consider here.

What about the ingredients in Anabolic Sleep?

There are no core t-boosting ingredients in Anabolic Sleep – they are all more focused on reducing stress to indirectly raise T-levels.

Their good as supporting nutrients – but there are no big ‘business’ ingredients in this product that deliver real results.

Not only that, there’s a side effect risk too.

Here’s what you need to know:

Palmitic Acid

A proimflammatory that doesn’t have much research behind it.

Although believed to work as a muscle builder, there have been no studies to confirm that Palmitic Acid actually helps with a workout.

Not only that, it’s inflammatory nature may cause you problems if you already have joint issues or arthritis.

A good option for managing stress – although this may only indirectly help testosterone.

L-Theanine is an amino acid found in Green Tea that helps to promote relaxation hormones like GABA and serotonin in your body.

This may help to lower cortisol – the stress hormone.

Cortisol has been seen in several studies to directly affect, and deplete testosterone – therefore the less you have of it the better.

Another nutrient that is linked to reducing cortisol.

Like L-Theainine, Ashwagandha is a pro relaxation nutrient.

This can help you to focus but also lowers cortisol, which can indirectly help to raise testosterone levels.

Another nutrient that doesn’t directly promote testosterone.

GABA has been seen to promote restfulness and calming hormones – and can pass through the blood brain barrier.

It’s great for helping you sleep – which is good for recovery – but whether it actually helps testosterone is unlikely.

Not only that GABA has been linked to having a ‘come-down’ effect which can cause several side effects.

More on that later.

This nutrient doesn’t promote testosterone either.

Melatonin has been seen to promote rest which may help with overall hormone release during sleep.

However it does not directly increase testosterone.

Ingredients Bottom Line:

On the whole, this isn’t the best nutrient profile you can find in a testosterone booster.

There aren’t any core T-boosting nutrients in this product to give you any real results.

Vitamin D3, D-Aspartic Acid, Zinc, Magnesium, Fenugreek all would’ve been good additions to this product – however Anabolic Sleep has chosen to cover the antistress angle instead – which is far more indirect for results.

Not only that, the GABA may cause side effects.

It’s definitely not your best option.

Side Effects

Your main concern here is the GABA. Although it promotes rest, it has been seen to cause the following symptoms after wearing off:

  • Anxiety
  • Numbness
  • Nausea
  • Vomiting

Increase in Blood Pressure

It’s definitely not your best option.

Is there anything better than this Testosterone Booster?

There absolutely is.

We’ve done the research, and looked far and wide for the best supplements on the market that promote:

  1. Muscle Gains
  2. Fat Loss
  3. Testosterone Levels
  4. Energy
  5. Mood
  6. Sex Drive

And it we’ve finally narrowed it down to just three.

These are the best testosterone boosters on the market, that both myself and our readers agree provide the best results. You can check them out below:

Beyond Raw Anabolic Sleep Review Conclusion

On the whole, this isn’t the best testosterone booster on the market.

From this review, here’s what you need to know about Anabolic Sleep;

  • Poor Servings – With only 1 serving a day, you’re not going to get day long testosterone boosting benefits with this product.
  • Ineffective ingredients – Not all the ingredients in this product directly increase testosterone.
  • No core T-Boosting ingredients – None of the core testosterone boosters like Vitamin D3 or D-Aspartic Acid are present in this product.

As you can see, it’s not your best option.
