Review Overview – What does ATP Science Alpha Mars do?

Made by ATP Science, this is an all natural testosterone booster claimed to promote:

  • Energy
  • Testosterone
  • Sex Drive

But how well does it really work?

In this review, we look closer at Alpha Mars to see how effective it really is.

This is what you need to know:

How are the servings?

Not great.

With only 2 servings a day, the overall effect of this testosterone booster is going to be minimal.

This is because the nutrients are only in your system for a few hours in the day. After they have work off – your testosterone levels will stop being supported.

Ideally, what you need is a T-Booster that provides 3 – 4 servings a day, this keeps keeps your body constantly topped up with the nutrients it needs and ensures that your T-levels are constantly on the rise.

It’s a shame ATP Science did not space out the servings enough with this T-Booster.

What about the ingredients in Alpha Mars?

It’s a very slim nutrient profile.

Not only that it’s a proprietary blend too. This means the individual dosages of the ingredients in this testosterone booster have not been disclosed.

In all, there’s only 2 or 3 ingredients here that will really make a difference to your T levels – and these only help with free testosterone, and not actual production.

Here’s what you need to know:alpha-mars-side-effects

A combination of minerals that are thought to boost testosterone.

This is a traditional nutrient – however, it’s actual effects are not confirmed.

Studies have shown that the effects of shilajit are completely unreliable.

Tongkat Ali

Also known as LongJack.

This is a nutrient that was originally thought to raise testosterone, but studies have shown otherwise.

In actuality, the results for Tongkat Ali are very little – it has been shown to not raise testosterone and to just slightly raise libido to a minor extent.

Korean Ginseng

A good option for libido and blood flow.

Ginseng has been seen to increase your body’s levels of nitric oxide. This help to dilate blood vessels and improves overall circulation.

Not only that Ginseng has been shown to promote libido and sex drive.

A better choice for testosterone.

Fenugreek has been seen to help promote T levels by how it helps to regulate blood sugar.

This helps to lower insulin levels. Insulin directly affects testosterone and lowers it when in high values.

With lower insulin levels – your Testosterone has more of an opportunity to rise.

Nettle Root

A good choice for free testosterone.

Nettle Root has been seen to inhibit SHBG. This is the protein that binds to testosterone and strips it of its anabolic potency.

By inhibiting it, Stinging Nettle makes SHBG inactive restricting it from Binding to as much T – allowing your overall levels to rise.alpha-mars-results

Ingredients Bottom Line:

On the whole, this isn’t the best testosterone boosting profile on the market.

There’s only a handful of ingredients here that help promote testosterone boosting; the ginseng, Fenugreek and stinging nettle.

And these ingredients aren’t enough to ensure the best results. You need more, where is the Zinc and Magnesium, or the Vitamin D3 and D-Aspartic Acid.

There’s a lot missing from this blend that definitely needs exploring.

Side Effects

There have been no side effects linked to the use of Alpha Mars.

All the nutrients seem to be from natural sources and shouldn’t cause any negative side effects.

Is there anything better than this Testosterone Booster?

There absolutely is.

We’ve done the research, and looked far and wide for the best supplements on the market that promote:

  1. Muscle Gains
  2. Fat Loss
  3. Testosterone Levels
  4. Energy
  5. Mood
  6. Sex Drive

And it we’ve finally narrowed it down to just three.

These are the best testosterone boosters on the market, that both myself and our readers agree provide the best results. You can check them out below:

ATP Science Alpha Mars Review Conclusion

On the whole, this isn’t the best nootropic on the market.

From this review, when it comes to Alpha Mars, this is what you need to know;

  • Servings need improving – With only 2 servings a day, you don’t get enough ‘top ups for day long testosterone boosting’.
  • Some ineffective ingredients – Not all nutrients used promote T.
  • Missing core nutrients – Essentials like Vitamin D3, D-Aspartic Acid, Zinc and Magnesium are all missing from this product.

As you can see it’s not your best option.
