allmax-nutrition-testofx-reviewReview Overview – What does AllMax Nutrition’s TestoFX do?

Made by AllMax, TestoFX is an all natural testosterone booster which is claimed to promote:

  • Testosterone
  • Muscle Mass
  • Energy
  • Libido

But how well does it really work?

In this review, we look closely at the ingredients in TestFX and see if it is really up to industry standard.

This is what you need to know:

How are the servings?

Poor.

With only one serving a day, there’s not a lot of benefit you can expect to get out of this product.

Testosterone needs constant top-ups when you’re boosting it. Having a 24 hour gap between each one will get you nowhere fast.

Ideally what you want to be looking for is something with 3 – 4 servings a day. This will give you the regular supply you need.

What about the ingredients in AllMax Nutrition’s TestoFX?

Not great.

There’s only 2 real effective ingredients in this product.

The rest are either outdated, or not backed by enough clinical evidence.

We’ve made a short write up of each ingredient, this is what you need to know:allmax-nutrition-testofx-side-effects

Fenugreek

One of he better natural testosterone boosters.

Fenugreek has been seen in several studies to regulate blood sugar and reduce insulin.

This is great for testosterone levels as insulin directly interferes with test. The less you have of it the better.

Ashwagandha

This herb is known to help lower and influence stress levels.

The stress hormone cortisol is directly linked to lowering testosterone.

The less stressed you are, the less cortisol you’ll have and the higher your testosterone will be.

Tribulus Terrestris

Tribulus however, isn’t so great.

Once thought to boost testosterone, trib was used by a large amount of supplement companies for testosterone.

However, a thought does not equal fact. There are no reliable studies that verify Tribulus as a T-Booster, with the only exception being it might have a mild effect on libido.

Alpha Lipoic Acid

Thought to promote fat loss, however there are no clear-cut studies to vouch for ALA’s effectiveness.

DIM

DIM is a compound usually found in broccoli and Mushrooms.

It’s believed to have some level of support with regulating estrogen. However there are not enough studies out there to verify this.

Saw Palmetto

Not a testosterone booster, but does have a positive effect on male health.

Saw Palmetto has been seen in several studies to help reduce the symptoms of a swollen prostate.

Tongkat Ali

Like Trib, Tongkat (also known as LongJack) was once thought to be a potent T-Booster.

This turned out to not be the case. In fact, LongJack doesn’t help with testosterone, but it may to some extent, help libido.

Myo-Inositol

It’s hard to tell how effective Inositol is.

It has been used to treat insulin resistance, but it’s hard to tell if it’ll have an effect on someone who isn’t suffering from incredibly high levels of the hormone.

Jury’s out on this one, but it might have some use.

Giant Knotweed

Used for circulation and heart health. It does not help testosterone.

Black Pepper

Black pepper increases your body’s bioavailability. This enhanced the overall absorption of the product.

Ingredients Bottom Line:

On the whole, the nutrient profile in AllMax’s TestoFX isn’t that impressive.

There’s only 2 good ingredients here, the fenugreek and the ashwagandha – the rest of the product is a wash.

There are several core nutrients missing that would’ve made TestoFX so much better – Vitamin D3, Zinc, Magnesium, D-Aspartic Acid are all good choices.

AllMax Nutrition TestoFX Review Conclusion

Overall from this review, we can see AllMax’s TestoFX isn’t the best T-Booster we’ve seen and there are several reasons why.

If you’re thinking of buying TestoFX, this is what you need to know:

  1. Poor Servings – There’s only one a day, you need around 3 – 4 for regular testosterone boosting.
  2. Ineffective Ingredients – Many of the ingredients used lack the clinical backing for effective results.
  3. Missing Core Nutrients – Vitamin D3, D-Aspartic Acid, Zinc and Magnesium are missing from this product.

As you can see a lot of work has to be done.
